Were a family run business with a young creative team, striving to redefine the stereotype of 鈥渟econd hand鈥? breathing new life into every item we sell. From the initial stages of authentication, right through to refurbishment and quality control, each item is rigorously tested and only the very best make it into our collection. Our entire team is dedicated to achieving the highest standards of quality and care, hoping to exceed your expectations in every way.
All of our watches are inspected in-house by our accredited watchmakers and come with up to 24 months warranty to give you confidence in your purchase. We offer a 30-day returns policy on all our items, so should you change your mind, you are welcome to return the item to us. Should you decide you would like something different, we also welcome part-exchange, consignment and sell-your-item schemes.
In addition to our fantastic online shopping experience, we welcome visitors to our renowned  show space 鈥 The Wonder Room. Located at our period headquarters, The Wonder Room is an exclusive space where you can view our range of luxury pre-owned products in person and receive expert advice from a member of our team.

As a team we have a wealth of experience within the industry. We are members of the National Association of Jewellers (NAJ) and have a team of trained Gemologists. We ensure that every piece of jewellery that comes to us is transformed back to its best possible appearance before being added to our collection.

Shipping

United Kingdom
We offer free next day delivery as standard on all UK orders placed before 3pm. If your order is placed after 3pm we will dispatch your item(s) to you the following day. Please note, you will need to sign for your delivery. 
Standard Delivery
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, and internationally.  We do not deliver to PO Box numbers or Freight Forwarding Companies. We offer delivery either by courier with UPS or through the Royal Mail Special Delivery service dependent on weight and size.
International
We offer free delivery as standard on all international orders. If your order is placed before 12pm (GMT) your item(s) will be dispatched on the same day. We aim to get your item(s) to you as quickly as possible. In some cases, local customs can introduce delivery delays that are out of our control. You will be able to track your order on our couriers website and a tracking number will be provided upon dispatch of your item(s). 
Customs
If you are based outside the United Kingdom, you may also have to pay import duty or other taxes, fees or charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. You must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the Goods. We have no control over any charges and cannot predict what they may be and we are not responsible for payment of these charges. If you are unsure about whether these charges might apply to your order, we advise you to contact your local tax or customs office for more information.
Collect in Store
Our convenient and complementary Collect in Store service is available at our Hertfordshire showroom. You can collect your items at a time that suits you. Goods may be collected by appointment only from our offices for security reasons. Contact us directly to arrange this.

Returns

Xupes is committed to the quality of our items and the satisfaction of our customers. We will gladly accept the return of items with original tags in the same condition as when sold. You may return your purchase for a full refund, in the original form of payment, within 30 days of your purchase date.
To make a return, please contact one of our team using the seller contact information at the bottom of each product listing or call us to register your return.
The customer is liable for all return postage costs unless this is agreed in some form by a Xupes representative. We suggest items are returned to us with an insured method of shipping. We are not liable for the cost of such methods. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or theft whilst the product is in your possession or being returned to Xupes. Please note any further specific returns information in individual listings. 
Any extra fees or customs charges incurred on the original order are final and will not be refunded. We cannot accept the return of items that have been engraved, altered or personalised.
