This is a magnificent original Tiffany & Co 18K yellow gold and diamond, citrine and peridot pendant necklace maltese-style pendant set with cabochon citrines, pear shaped peridot and green plique-a-jour, accented by round diamonds, suspended from a faceted citrine bead chain signed Tiffany & Co 23362791, with signed push and box.

It measures 17" long. The actual pendant measures 3" tall. Round center measures 1.6" x 1.6" x 0.4". There is an extra additional citrine chain which can be added or used separately; measuring 18" long by itself.

The whole set weights 39.60 grams.
