This is a platinum Patek Philippe Split Second Chronograph 5370P-011. It has an alligator leather strap with a platinum deployant Calatrava buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has rectangular chronograph push buttons, a "turbine" style crown with a split second pusher, and a sealed exhibiti on sapphire display case back. It includes an interchangeable solid case back stamped with "PATEK PHILIPPE-GENEVE-SWISS," a serial number, and several hallmarks. The 41mm diameter solid three-body case, curved lugs with white-gold cabochons at the ends, and concave bezel, are polished/brushed. The dial is blue grand feu enamel with applied white gold Arabic Breguet numeral hour markers (the small "email" signature at 6 oclock is French for "enamel"). There is an outer railroad-style minute/second scale, and around the perimeter is a white tachymeter graduation to 1000 uph. It has white gold leaf hands with SuperLumiNova inserts, and a center sweep seconds hand. There are twin recessed blue subsidiary dials with white markings, including a running small seconds register at 9 oclock, and a 30-minute chronograph totalizer is at 3 oclock. Its water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and it has a 55-hour power reserve with the chrono graph engaged (65-hours without the chronograph).
